Traffic Signs Production and Installation Supervisor

We are looking for a Traffic Signs Production and Installation Supervisor to join our factory in Ras Al Khaimah immediately.

Job responsibility:

1- Plan and supervise signs production as per order specifications.

2- Supervise factory labors and coordinate with other supervisors to meet production requirements on time.

3- Design the road signs using 2D designing software (AutoCAD, Corel draw, photoshop. etc.) and prepare site and road draft designs as per standards and UAE manuals (Dubai and Abu Dhabi Manuals)

4- Coordinate with clients or sales team to meet the project requirements.

5- Manage raw materials inventory and submit order requests.

Skills:

1- Expert in reading and preparing road engineering designs, using AutoCAD, and calculating quantities out of drawings, preparing BOQ, technical submittals, and technical specifications drawings.

2- Experience in signs production processes and standards, understands machinery operations requirements and maintenance.

3- Strong business communication and supervision skills.

4- Familiar with construction and installation site works, and road construction safety regulations.

Work experience:

Minimum 5 years work experience in signs manufacturing and installation field, must be familiar with hands on production and installation works, including machine operation, labors supervision, work on installation and construction sites.

Education and Personal skills:

1- Engineering degree (bachelor or higher)

2- Manual UAE Driving license

3- Excellent Arabic and English languages.

4- Hard working and goal oriented with strong self-management and leadership skills.

5- Multi-tasking, problem solving, and eager to learn achieve and grow in the career.

6- Strong communication skills
